When you book a service with any of the providers here at ReNEWme Health and Wellness we immediately begin to prepare for your appointment! We ensure your product is ordered, and we reserve that time slot - just for you - because we know that your time is valuable and we know you also value the time and effort invested by our team.
If you need to re-schedule your appointment or cancel for any reason, we now ask that you alert us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment via email or call/text to our office.
This allows us to give that time slot to another client.
However, no-showing or cancelling last minute (less than 24 hours notice) will result in a $50 Cancellation Fee.**
